Comparison guide

Yardi vs TenantHub.

Enterprise-grade PM ecosystem.

Reviewed by Eduardo Dennis · Updated August 23, 2026

The main difference is product scope

Yardi serves a wide range of real-estate operations. Its Breeze product includes property management, leasing, accounting, owner tools, maintenance, and online rent collection. TenantHub covers a much smaller surface area for landlords who mainly need a clear tenant and rent workflow.

Neither product is automatically the better choice. If you manage rentals for other owners, need full property accounting, or coordinate a team, Yardi's broader workflow may be worth the additional setup. If you manage your own small portfolio and mostly need to know who owes rent, who paid, and what needs attention, TenantHub's narrower workflow may fit better.

Pricing context

Compare total cost, not one headline number.

Yardi Breeze publishes per-unit pricing with a monthly minimum and an annual agreement for its residential product. TenantHub has no subscription, unit minimum, or annual contract; optional ACH Autopay costs up to $6.99 per successful payment. Verify current Yardi pricing for your property type.

Also check payment fees, bank-account setup charges, screening, e-signatures, onboarding, support, and contract terms. Those details can matter more than the advertised subscription price for a small portfolio.
