Yes, 100%. There are no monthly fees, no per-unit charges, and no hidden costs for landlords. We only charge tenants minimal processing fees when they choose to use premium payment options like credit cards.
We earn a small portion of the optional processing fees that tenants pay when using credit cards or expedited payouts. These are always shown transparently to the tenant before they pay — you never see an unexpected charge.
ACH bank transfers are free for tenants (and are the recommended option). Tenants can also pay by debit card (small fee) or credit card (2.9% + $0.30, charged to the tenant). All payments are processed by Stripe.
Standard payouts arrive in 3 business days after a payment is made. If you need faster access, the Expedited Payout add-on delivers funds in 1 business day for $5 per payout.
