Questions

ACH rent collection FAQ.

How does ACH rent collection work in TenantHub?

The landlord adds a property and tenant, sends an invitation, and configures the rent schedule. The tenant follows the invitation, creates an account, and securely enrolls a bank account through Stripe.

Does the tenant need to download an app?

No. Tenants can use the secure TenantHub web portal from the invitation link.

Does TenantHub store the tenant's bank login?

No. Bank enrollment and ACH processing are handled securely by Stripe. TenantHub does not see or store the tenant's bank login.

How much does TenantHub Autopay cost?

Automatic bank payments cost up to $6.99 per successful payment. The landlord pays the fee through a deduction from the rent payout, and there is no TenantHub successful-payment fee when rent is not collected.

Track rent free. Enable ACH Autopay when you're ready.

There is no monthly software subscription. Autopay costs up to $6.99 only when a payment succeeds.
