Who builds TenantHub

TenantHub is built and maintained by Eduardo Dennis, an independent landlord who was tired of collecting rent across texts, Zelle, and screenshots. The product is deliberately narrow: it is made for small, self-managed portfolios (roughly 1–10 units), not for institutional property managers.

Our guides and calculators are written to be practical and conservative, and we review them periodically. We note the last update on each page. If something looks out of date or wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
